Tasting Room Information

We invite you to visit our state-of-the-art brewery, beautiful koi pond and Japanese garden. Our tasting room offers complimentary tasting of "Kobai", our latest plum wine, as well as a variety of our locally produced sakes.

We also offer a number of unique snack and gift items for sale, such as sake sets, Japanese dishes, dolls, and sushi-making accessories.

We are open for self guided tours Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 4:30pm. Guided tours for groups of eight or more are available by appointment.
