Haiku Sake Cocktails

 

Jasmine Green Tea-ni
2 parts Haiku
¾ parts chilled jasmine green tea
½ part fresh lemon juice
½ part simple syrup

Shake all ingredients over ice and
strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
 

Haiku Lychee Cooler
2 parts Haiku
1½ parts pear vodka
¼ part ginger syrup
1 lychee fruit
¼ part fresh lime juice

Muddle lychee fruit and ginger syrup in
a mixing glass. Add Haiku, pear vodka
and lime juice. Shake well over ice,
and strain into a tall glass filled with
fresh ice. Garnish with a lychee fruit
and a lime twist.
 

Asian Pear Sake-tini
2 parts Haiku
1 part vanilla vodka
½ part pear liqueur
¾ part passionfruit juice
¼ part agave nectar

Shake all ingredients vigorously over ice.
Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
 

Kyoto Cooler
2½ parts Gekkeikan Haiku
1 part fresh pink grapefruit juice
¼ part liquid honey
3 slices fresh pink grapefruit peel

Muddle 3 slices of pink grapefruit peel in a
mixing glass. Add Gekkeikan Haiku, honey and
pink grapefruit juice and shake over ice. Fine
strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish
with a grapefruit slice.
 

Cucumber Cooler
2 parts Gekkeikan Haiku
¼ part simple syrup
¾ part fresh lemon juice
Fresh cucumber cut into (8) ¼ inch cubes
Splash club soda

Muddle cucumber lightly. Add Gekkeikan Haiku,
simple syrup and fresh lemon juice. Shake well
over ice. Fine strain into rocks glass with fresh
ice. Top with splash of soda water, garnish with
cucumber cubes.
